LG G2 Flex, the successor of LG’s first flexible smartphone G Flex, features a similar curved display, has 1020p resolution at 403ppi and also packs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. With a high resolution P-OLED touchscreen that’s 1080p(that will give you clarity as good as any other smartsphone in the market, a faster Snapdragon processor than its predeccesor and more RAM, this boat shaped phone is expected to be counted as a key flagship smartphone of the year.

Lenovo released this Android-powered smartphone for the budget conscious users of the Indian market. The 4G dual SIM smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon quad-core processor that puts it in the league of the most powerful smartphones but yet priced below Rs.10,000. The device is expected to receive an earnest welcome from the Indian consumers who wants a phone within a modest budget. Apart from the A6000, Lenovo has also released Vibe X2 Pro and P90 smartphones with the promise of better design and long lasting battery lives.

This Taiwanese brand has unveiled a new budget Andriod smartphone, Zenfone 2. The phone features 4GB RAM to ensure laptop-like processing speed and comes powered by a 64-bit Intel processor. It is priced at $199 which is approximately Rs.12, 500.

Always a top smartphone seller around the world, Samsung has launched a phone for the budget-conscious consumer. Galaxy E5 has 5.00-inch 1080×1920 display(ensuring superior clarity), is powered by 1.2GHz processor with a reasonably powerful camera equivalent to those on the Iphone 5 and 5s at 8 megapixels.

Mobile Upgrades: Killing The Product Before Its Time?

Have to agree. The speed of newer phone models within the same series and newer app versions lead to more thought put into buying decisions. Phone lines have a definite short shelf life
