An App A Day Brings Comfort Your Way

The modern day mantra clearly states live your life on the go and use as many add one to declutter and make it easy. It’s no secret that mobile app developers are taping the potential of this increasing demand and developing some wonderfully skilled applications to simply your lives. Here is a list of the few apps that you must have on your small screen menu.

Cam Scanner
This app allows you to scan documents and edit them as well. You can easily convert your pictures into PDF and share them instantly. Simply put, it’s a mobile scanner, which enhances your documents. It’s like a portable scanner which helps sync and share content. Now submitting your ID proof in government offices or giving a bill to the client will always be easy.

Paytm

Who has time to go and pay bills, or recharge your phone and DTH service? Even sitting in front of your PC and paying those credit cards bills is a problem specially when due dates coincide with a client deadline. Yes most banks have mobile banking, but Paytm allows you to do all the above by using one single app. Isn’t that what we all needed, a one stop shop for clearing all our debts. Oh and it also gives a list of shopping coupons. This makes it just perfect.

Wallet Watch

What if I told you, you don’t need an excel sheet, diaries, etc to manage your expense and incomes. There is a superb app called Wallet Watch, which keeps track of all your finances. It has separate sections called Lend Borrow, Voucher Vault, and Bill Spliter, etc. So now throw away those boring calculators and just download this life saver of an app.

LastPass

Online shopping, online banking, credit and atm cards, bill payments etc all require passwords and it’s a guarantee that you keep on forgetting the passwords. Now you don’t need to change them or answer secret questions (because no one remembers answers to them). You can save all your passwords in one app and forget about them. The only irony is the app itself is password protected, but hey, one is better than ten. The app also saves online information like name, address and sorts your life in a big way.

Evernote

Did you write down an email address on a paper and loose it? Have you written an idea in an email and can’t find it? Use evernote to capture or store an idea, picture, screenshot, audio piece and never lose it. The app not only saves and syncs everything to your mail but also allows you to search and tag. Now isn’t this an awesome way to save and search epic stuff on the go?

Mobile Upgrades: Killing The Product Before Its Time?

Have to agree. The speed of newer phone models within the same series and newer app versions lead to more thought put into buying decisions. Phone lines have a definite short shelf life

Lionel Gurjao

Frequently upgrading the software is a real problem as updating the software might cause your phone to lag because of the older hardware.

Shivendra Singh

They should come out with upgrades for the specific phones and not for the separate Operating System. This way a special version for your phones specific hardware can be made
