Asus zenfone 3s

Asus’ Zenfone 3s Max is fitted with an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor which clocks a speed of 1.5GHz and a RAM of 3GB. While this may not offer a performance that will really wow, the phone is certainly powerful. Multitasking between applications like heavy Android games, internet browsing and watching videos is a breeze and users will not experience any lag. However if you are running too many apps at once, you may find that certain apps like Facebook take longer to start up.

This phone has a 5.2 inch IPS LCD that has a resolution of 1280 pixels by 720 pixels and a pixel density of 282ppi (pixels per inch). These specifications are not all that exciting, however the quality is good enough for users to enjoy watching high quality videos.

Placed on the top left corner of the phone is the primary rear camera which is of 13 megapixels. With a flash placed besides it and a phase detection autofocus, taking images in low-lighting conditions is fairly good. For selfie lovers, the front camera of 8 megapixels is sure to help you take perfect selfies. There are also a range of features added to edit and adjust your images post capturing. The phone supports video recording with a quality of 1080 pixels and 30fps.

The Zenfone 3s Max comes with the Android v7.0 Nougat pre-installed and the Asus ZenUI 3.0 skin integrated on top. This UI offers the ability to customise its fonts, icons, animations and more. You can also use gestures like double-tapping, drawing a ‘C’ and others to perform tasks.

The main feature of the Zenfone 3s Max however, is the battery. Powering this phone is a 5000mAh capacity battery that lasts up to two full days. Unfortunately, the device does not support quick-charging and can take up to four hours to fully charge. It does however feature a reverse charging ability, through which you can charge other devices by connecting an OTG cable.

The in-built storage capacity of 32GB is sufficient for storing apps, photos, videos and other data. However if you wish to carry around movies on your smartphone, you can simply use a microSD card to expand the memory up to 2TB!

Priced at Rs. 14,999, the Asus Zenfone 3s Max is available in Sand Gold and Black, through both online and offline sellers. For all those looking for a powerful device that can last you easily for two days without having to hunt for a charger, this smartphone is your budget-friendly answer.
