There are a number of apps that we download every now and then for some or the other activity. Be it for a light read, for paying bills, our favourite games or anything. We download apps! However, when the purpose is fulfilled, these applications lie in our phones and are never looked at. It is so tedious to go to Settings, then open applications; click on the app and then tap on Uninstall. It is a long process!

Android 6.0 Marshmallow made it easy for us!

  • As we remove the undesired applications from the home screen by long- pressing on it and then dragging it to the Remove option; Android Marshmallow has introduced a similar step when it comes to deleting an application from the home screen or the app drawer.
  • You just have to long press on the app icon, Uninstall option is displayed at the top of the screen.
  • Then you just drag your icon to Uninstall. A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm whether you need to uninstall the application.

You confirm and then it’s gone!

Mobile Upgrades: Killing The Product Before Its Time?

Frequently upgrading the software is a real problem as updating the software might cause your phone to lag because of the older hardware.

They should come out with upgrades for the specific phones and not for the separate Operating System. This way a special version for your phones specific hardware can be made
