The Gamevice Turns Your iPhone Into A Handheld Gaming Console

If console gaming is what you feel most comfortable with, then it can be less enjoyable to play games on a smartphone.

To tackle this there is a new device that is grabbing hold of the gaming market. Gamevice is a gadget that will add analog controls to your Apple iPhone.

This is the second-generation version of the device which can support the iPhone 6 and 7 smartphones. The gadget which must be clipped on to your phone, surrounding the top and bottom of your display with analog sticks and buttons on either side. Ultimately what you get is a gadget that resembles the PSP.

Fitting snugly around the edges your iPhone, the Gamevice is essentially two halves of a controller that are linked by a rubber strap that covers the back of your iPhone. Simply plug the Gamevice into your iPhone’s Lightening port and then pull it over the top bezel of your phone.

With no additional pairing required, the Gamevice can transform your smartphone into a handheld gaming device in mere seconds! This device is immediately recognized by iOS and can run any games that are compatible, without having to fiddle around with the menu.

Another cool function that this gadget offers is the ability to charge your iPhone through the Gamevice’s own extra Lightning port. Those who own an iPhone 7 will especially appreciate this next feature of the Gamevice, which is an added 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. So there is absolutely no need to use lightening headphones, an adaptor, or even Bluetooth headphones, when you are playing games on this device.

The gadget features four shoulder buttons, four face buttons, a directional pad and two analog sticks. There is also a start/menu button. This is as good as a full game controller. One issue that users may experience is that the buttons need to be pressed hard for a move to be made. For gamers who really get into the game, this should not be an issue.
