The Turing Phone’s Got An Update!
The smartphone market is inundated with options and companies are trying to make an impact on the ever growing industry. Even established companies like Samsung had to deal with an alarming drop in sales due to lack of improvement in its previous flagship Galaxy S5. Turing Robotic Industries is one company that is trying to gain a market share by giving prominence to elements like security. Now this will not be the first time when a smartphone manufacturer will focus on security. Blackberry too had tried that but had ultimately lost to other feature rich competitors.
For a quick roundup, the Turing phone is made of a new kind of metallurgy called Liquid morphium, which is supposed to be tougher than titanium or steel as claimed by Turing Robotic Industries. It comes with 3GB RAM, a relatively older 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Sock, 5.5-inch Full HD display, 13MP rear camera and 8MP secondary camera. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor, which has been placed on the device’s left side unlike Apple/Samsung’s home button idea. It has a 3000 mash non-removable battery and is IPx8 certified.
